Judy Hogben  BA (Hons); MBA  GAICD
Chief Executive Officer
Judy has over 30 years experience in working in human service delivery with seniors, families, children and young people.  Having worked in Government, non government and in business, Judy brings a range of experiences to her role as Chief Executive Officer. With a strong background on providing and improving services to vulnerable people/families and in developing partnerships with other organisations to achieve these goals, Judy is focusing on the quality of services and residential care provided by The Centre for Cerebral Palsy, creating a continuous improvement and learning ethos within the organisation and developing the infrastructure to support staff and clients achieve their goals and outcomes.  Judy is a member of a number of Boards and Committees, including Cerebral Palsy Australia, the State Committee of National Disability Services (NDS) and the Council on the Ageing WA.

Phil Pitchers
General Manager, Employment Services
Phil has worked in Employment Services since 1991.  As the General Manager, Employment Services, he is responsible for high level services and business management of Goodwill Engineering and Create Employment. He holds an Associate Diploma in Engineering and came from a long engineering based career in the Australian Army.  Phil serves on the Board of the Developmental Disability Council and the Australian Disability Enterprises Subcommittee of National Disability Services.

Marenée Provost   Diploma of Teaching (Primary)
General Manager, Community Services
Marenée is the General Manager for Community Services which incorporates Community Living, Opportunities (ATE) and Community Access.  Marenée commenced her career as a Primary School Teacher in Victoria before moving to WA and joining the Department for Child Protection. During the 21 years Marenée worked for the Department, she focused on improving services to vulnerable children and families. As the Director for Community Capacity Building and the Director for Accommodation Services she had statewide responsibility for ensuring that ongoing positive outcomes were met in the areas of Community Development, Capacity Building, Training, Change Management and Accommodation Services.

Catherine Greenway  B App Sc (OT) Grad Dip Ed (Primary) Grad Cert Health Services Management
General Manager, Therapy and Health Services
Catherine joined the organisation in October 2009 on secondment from Princess Margaret Hospital, as acting Manager, Early Intervention Program. She is an Occupational Therapist with over 25 years’ experience working with infants and children under a holistic framework and served on the Occupational Therapy Department management team for 11 years.  She has also run a successful private practice working with families in partnership to support their child’s development.  Catherine was highly regarded as the Manager of the Early Intervention Program by her team, peers and clients, before moving to the General Manager position.  Catherine is a strong advocate for people with cerebral palsy, for delivering person centred services and in engaging across the sector to form collaborative partnerships with other disability service providers. 

Paul Goonting  CPA
General Manager, Corporate Services
Paul is a registered Certified Practising Accountant with CPA Australia.  He has a wide scope of knowledge and experience in financial management, treasury operations, corporate administration, taxation and infrastructure management.  Paul has had several roles over the years in the private sector as well as the public sector.  Having worked for the Federal Government (Department of Employment and Education, and the Civil Aviation Authority), he also contributed to the WA Public Sector.  During his 12 years with the Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia, Paul was the Manager Financial Services for the Authority and was also appointed as the Natural Disaster Relief Arrangement Administrator for the State of WA for around 5 years.  As part of his finale with the public sector, Paul took on the role of Assistant Director Finance and Business Services with the Department of Treasury and Finance of which he also held the position of Chief Finance Officer for the Department as well as several other government agencies.  Paul has held positions on several external committees including that of Trustee for the Fire Brigades Superannuation Board.

Erica Gallagher
General Manager, Strategic Workforce Services
Erica’s career spans some 26 years in leading and managing HR teams in the public sector particularly in the human service industry.  Erica has worked across a number of very large and small diverse public sector agencies and has also lived and worked up North in the Kimberly Region.  Erica has completed a number of leadership programs from the Public Sector Commission and is committed to leadership enhancement across every level of the organisation.  Working in partnership with business units has enabled Erica to deliver strategic and cutting edge HR services.  Erica’s focus is on innovation, relationship building and working in collaborative partnerships with every aspect of the business.  Incorporating workforce planning that is linked to strategic business drivers and developing and implementing a learning culture with continuous improvement strategies is critical to her way or working.  Erica has a strong background in human resources and always had a passion for working with people.  Erica strongly believes that “concentrating on people issues results in improved business performance” and her leadership reflects this philosophy.
