The Centre for Cerebral Palsy offers a variety of challenging careers for highly motivated people keen to make a positive difference to the lives of people living with cerebral palsy and other disabilities.

We seek to employ people who are committed to providing the highest possible standard of service to all of our clients in an environment that promotes empowerment, choice and independence.

Our employees enjoy:

  • The opportunity to work with an organisation that is dedicated to make a positive difference to people's lives;
  • Competitive salary packages;
  • Professional development opportunities; and
  • A supportive and rewarding working environment.

The Centre for Cerebral Palsy is an equal opportunity employer that fosters diversity in the workplace.

The Centre for Cerebral Palsy is committed to the provision of a safe work environment for all employees, contractors and visitors.  We take a proactive and consultative approach to occupational safety and health and include OS&H evaluation, planning and design into our business development strategies.  The Centre for Cerebral Palsy's achievements have been recognised by the award of a WorkSafe WA Gold Certificate of Achievement in May 2006.

One way of ensuring accountability to our clients is our pre-employment screening process which will require successful candidates to provide a National Police Clearance Certificate, State Traffic Conviction Notice, State Traffic Infringement and Demerit Points Certificate (costs reimbursed) and attend a pre-employment medical and physiotherapy examination (at our expense) as well as nominate referees to comment on their work performance.  Successful candidates for positions that will work with children will also need to present a current Working with Children Check (cost reimbursed).
