CP Tech Quality Management System ISO 9001
The Centre for Cerebral Palsy’s CP Tech service has successfully been certified to the ISO 9001 Standard, a business management standard designed to ensure that a consistent, high quality, continually improving service is provided to customers.
CP Tech works in partnership with people with disabilities and their families and carers to identify individual needs and make recommendations for equipment and assistive technology.
Certification to an externally approved quality system ensures best practice in the development and delivery of seating, equipment and assistive technology services and products across the sector in Western Australia. This system positively impacts on quality and improves the timing in the delivery of services to people with disabilities in Western Australia.
The quality system incorporates the Centre for Cerebral Palsy’s policies and procedures and the Disability Services Standards, complies with the Therapeutic Goods Act guidelines and follows Occupational Safety and Health guidelines. Being accredited to this recognised symbol of quality standard will enable CP Tech to promote not only its products and services, but also its innovative excellence in facilitating community independence and acceptance of people with disabilities.
