Pathways to Excellence - Aims of Research and Innovation at TCCP

The aims of Research and Innovation are to:

• Develop best practice across all aspects of The Centre's work. This includes family centred practice, community integration and trans-disciplinary teamwork.

• Develop, implement and evaluate best practice initiatives, capacity building and health science education within the disability sector; 

• Foster joint research initiatives between The Centre, universities and other organizations;

• Foster cooperative partnerships between people with disabilities, their families and health professionals; and

• Raise the profile of community based disability agencies where services are based on quality, innovation and best practice.
