Telethon Continues to Support Children with CP
Thanks to a very welcome donation from Telethon, 12 pieces of specialised equipment have been funded to benefit children living with CP.
As a majority of the equipment funded is custom built to suit individual and specific needs, the purchase of this equipment can be very expensive and beyond the means of most West Australian families.
The Centre is very grateful for Telethon’s on-going support over the years which has continued since The Centre was a beneficiary of Telethon in 1976. Money raised from the event that year helped build The Sir David Brand Centre, where we continue to operate from today.
The Centre for Cerebral Palsy congratulates Telethon on celebrating their 40th Anniversary this year and for continuing to make a difference to the lives of children with CP in our community. |
