Vero Staff Making A Difference

On Tuesday 13 March 2007, 25 staff from insurance company Vero volunteered their time to undertake a bright makeover of the garden and outdoor entertaining area of the Cassia Residence at The Centre for Cerebral Palsy in Coolbinia.

The 'Balinese' themed makeover involved Vero staff rolling up their sleeves for the day, painting the outdoor pergola and planting a new garden for the 13 residents who live at Cassia.

The Centre for Cerebral Palsy's Business Development Manager, Kathy Kane said the Cassia makeover was a "perfect example of how corporate philanthrophy not only benefits our clients and their families but also has great benefits for the company involved and their employees".

For anyone who would like to get involved either by volunteering their service or products please contact Kathy Kane on 9443 0228.
