Accommodation Services

The Centre for Cerebral Palsy provides a range of permanent accommodation for adults including:
  • 13 community homes operating in a number of suburbs both north and south of the river;
  • Kenwick Mews, a unique residential facility that incorporates a range of independent and group accommodation options;
  • Ballajura Apartments, a group of self-contained independent and supported living apartments;
  • Westminster Apartments, which incorporates a range of independent and group accommodation options;
  • Cassia Residence, a hostel located within the Sir David Brand Centre in Coolbinia; and
  • Hillroyd Nursing Home, which is also located within the Sir David Brand Centre in Coolbinia.
The Adult Accommodation Support Service is available to people aged 18 years or more who are in receipt of Accommodation Support Funding, have a disability, and require permanent accommodation. Priority is given to people with a physical disability.

The Service is not able to assist people that demonstrate violent or aggressive behaviours.

The cost of living in one of our accommodation options depends upon the type of residence and support required.

For further information, contact Gary Taylor, Manager Adult Accommodation Services, on (08) 9443 0286.
