Create Employment - Disability Employment Specialist

Create Employment focuses on ensuring that people have the best skills they need to perform their job. This involves on-going support and training in the workplace and access to free nationally accredtied training.

Create Employment provides job seekers and employers with tailored training to ensure that the needs of both parties are met. Create Employment can also work with co-workers to ensure they have an understanding of what it means to work alongside a person with a disability and assist with inclusion.

Job matching and screening processes ensure that the right person is matched to the right job. Create Employment takes time to understand its job seekers' skills, abilities and aspirations, and employers' job requirements and organisational culture, which has resulted in successfully securing a wide range of positions in various industries for jobseekers.

Employers are eligible to receive wage subsidies of up to $1,500 to assist with training and development.* Create Employment can assist with accessing financial assistance to pay for the cost of any workplace modifications that may be required to support a worker with a disability.
