Memorial Donation

A Memorial Donation to The Centre for Cerebral Palsy in lieu of sending flowers is a kind and thoughtful way to honour the memory of someone special and to let the bereaved know that you are thinking of them during a very difficult time in their life.

Memorial donations are a lovely way to celebrate the lives of loved ones and to let their memories live on in the vital work of The Centre for Cerebral Palsy.

To make a Memorial Donation in honour of a loved one please:

and include:

Your name and address (for receipt purposes)
The name and address of the person who has passed away
The name and address of the next of kin or nearest family member, so we can inform them of your kind donation (the amount donated remains confidential).

All donations are tax-deductible.
