CP Tech Quality Management System ISO
The Centre for Cerebral Palsy’s CP Tech service is currently undertaking accreditation to the ISO 9001:200 Standard, a business management standard designed to ensure that a consistent, high quality, continually improving service is provided to customers.
CP Tech works in partnership with people with disabilities and their families and carers to identify individual needs and make recommendations for equipment and assistive technology.
The development of an externally approved quality system will ensure best practice in the development and delivery of seating, equipment and assistive technology services and products across the sector in Western Australia. This process will positively impact on quality and improve the timing in the delivery of services to people with disabilities in Western Australia.
The quality system will incorporate The Centre for Cerebral Palsy’s policies and procedures and the Disability Services Standards, comply with the Therapeutic Goods Act guidelines and follow Occupational Safety and Health guidelines. Being accredited to this recognised symbol of quality standard will enable CP Tech to promote not only its products and services, but also its innovative excellence in facilitating community independence and acceptance of people with disabilities.
